Carmen Maroun / Secretary

Carmen is an American Lebanese and was born and raised in the Mid-West. She met Joseph Sr. while he was attending school in Pittsburg and was married shortly there-after. She moved to the Bay Area with Joseph and started a family and had two wonderful sons, Joseph Jr. and Will. Self-taught, she was instrumental in the start-up and operation of the bakery with Joseph Sr. doing all the book-keeping and accounting work. She is the matriarch and back-bone of our business. She too is involved in philanthropic work, doing volunteer work for organizations in the Bay Area.
