Return Policy

Returns of unused and/or exchanges of defective products and kits purchased at the Caravantrd.com Store may be made by calling the Customer Service Team at 510-487-2600. All requests for returns and credit must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Shipping and handling fees will apply.

Credit will be given for products returned. For exchanges of damaged products or kits, a call tag will be sent. A replacement product will be sent out immediately.
